Bought as a gift - found it did not snap
November 22nd 2018 I ordered Fancy Panz Navy Blue as a birthday present on the 10th January 2018. My girlfriend really liked my black fancy pant so I immediately ordered a navy blue one for her birthday as I probably wouldn't have remembered it if I had waited for her birthday. I just noticed that it doesn't snap. I can't find any contact about my Revain order as it's been almost a month since I placed the order. Can anyone suggest a way to contact them for a replacement? In the photo is my black fancy panz on the left with a latch; and Marine Fancy Panz without a lock (right photo).
