A friend suggested these shoes for me, knowing I was beginning to experience sore feet and ankles. Very skeptical at first, I was very pleasantly surprised that these shoes actually diminished my pain, I was unaware that my arches were the problem. Currently, I try to wear these for at least an hour around the house. Pain and discomfort is minimal now and I even noticed my posture is better!
