I like how easy it was to create the report layout, and how quickly we could get feedback from our customer service team regarding any changes that needed to be made before publishing them out to clients! Reporting is important for us because of the amount of data in each client's application. It helps us stay within budget and keep track of every dollar spent. We've been able to easily pull up historical reporting that has helped me answer questions about where money went or what trends were happening with my clients' budgets. The ability to have all this info at once makes it easier than ever! Nothing so far. Maybe an option to include more info when creating a new client? Or maybe allow users to add their own fields as they see fit to customize their reporting needs. Having all these numbers available to see if need help solving problems can provide valuable information and insight.
