The first thing that struck me about this soap brush is that it's quite big. If you look at my second photo, you'll see that it's significantly larger than my OXO brush (black and white) that I also own. This ITTAHO brush is easier to hold and easier to manage on hands with severe fibrosis. The problem I had with my OXO brush was that it didn't respond to the detergent dosage, turning it into a regular brush. I had no problems with this new brush and it spreads easily. Tip: you unscrew the yellow cap at the end to add detergent. You have 50-50 chances of wearing a hat correctly. If it doesn't look right, twist it and try putting the cap back on and you should be fine.
