I can't say enough good things about these UVB lightbulbs! I use them on white tree frogs and leopard frogs and have seen so many changes on them. My white tree frog used to be very lethargic and tired and he rarely ate. Now he jumps all night and eats like a champ. He also loves to sunbathe in it! Same goes for my leopard frog, he loves it! There is a lot of debate as to whether frogs need UV but in my opinion when I see the amazing results I say spend the money and just buy them! using mine with an exo terra hood and a Fluckers 5.5" clamp lamp. Works amazing either way!
