When you work in maintenance/cleaning/safety, you'll always see a brand, regardless of the brand of chemicals used or supplier. It is a Rubbermaid trademark. Trash cans, mops, carts, whatever. I certainly like the quality of Rubbermaid's commercial products, but I'm not a fan of the safe yellow color of most things. And then I discovered the Executive series, which increases the price but almost everything is black or gray. That's a very sharp look. For personal items I get the executive series. It now has a very soft microfiber dust cover for this item, but I still wrap it in 3M Easy-Trap dusters. It is very rigid and requires strength to bend. I wouldn't bend anywhere near the base because it's plastic. To be on the safe side, I would bend from the middle upwards. The base attaches unobtrusively with Rubbermaid rods. However, with this item, you can just grab the handle. Or use a shorter 20" rack. Either way, you can't go wrong.
