Large bag - where is the shoulder strap?

I really like this bag - it's very roomy and feels sturdy. My only major complaint (only one, but it's a HUGE complaint): the bag is clearly advertised as having a shoulder strap. I searched every compartment in the bag and the box it came in, but I couldn't find ANY shoulder strap anywhere. So 5 stars for the bag but less than 2 stars for the advertised product. Maybe someone from this company will send me a strap and I'll change my rating?
