I bought the lights in June 2020 but never opened the box because I chose not to use light strips under some high end cabinets. In January 2021 I decided the light strips would work for another project so I opened the box and checked they worked before installing. Plugged in and of course they don't work. Because they were so cheap and I bought them from Revain almost 6 months ago, instead of immediately writing a negative review, I decided to give the Chinese manufacturer the opportunity to repair the faulty product using the card in the box. from a Chinese manufacturer who said they could email them if there were any issues with their product. I did exactly that and to MY SURPRISE they actually responded within 24 hours asking what the problem was with the headlights. I told them that neither the light nor the dimmer/on/off switch worked. THEN, AS EXPECTED, I received no further response because it was clear that they needed to replace a product that obviously does not take precedence over their profit. To be clear, I wasn't interested in getting my money back or even replacing the lightbulbs, more interested in knowing if their offer to help with a problem with their product was legitimate or just propaganda. Obviously it was propaganda.
