The texture and color of this wax crayon creates a very natural look. Lighter shades can often have a "copper" or red cast, which I don't like. It's not like this. However, I prefer fewer wax pencils because I can create finer, more defined strokes and because they last longer. Like most wax crayons, this one smudges easily and doesn't hold up well to heat, moisture (humidity/sweat/rain), or oil. I've learned to put up with this for good colored pencils, so set your brows in place with a setting spray and comb through with some hairspray and/or texturizing powder on a spool to extend the hold. However, this one wears out fairly quickly, giving it 4 stars for color and -1 for durability.
