Update:I am very pleased with the customer service and handling of our issue. It is possible that the sink was damaged in shipping (although we did not notice anything prior to install) but we were immediately offered both a refund and replacement product. We are grateful for a company that stands behind their product!We ordered this sink Nov 10, 2018 and were very pleased with the quality and look upon arrival. We took it directly to the cabinet shop so that our cabinets could be custom built for proper fit. It totally completed our new kitchen. But.we are 8 weeks after having it professionally installed and the front ledge has a HOLE opening up. We have used nothing except approved cleaners and the major issue is that now my custom granite countertops are installed so even to replace the sink with a new one would mean a significant expense as the granite was fitted and the side undermounts are now set. I’m truly hoping a company representative will contact us as to how we proceed at this point. We are hopeful this is a manufacturing defect and an agreeable solution can be reached on how to handle this predicament.
