Revised to reflect the replacement product: Original title: Imperfections mar a very nice product

To be honest I'm a bit disappointed with my purchase. Instead of buying a cheap, well-padded case, as is usually the case, I decided to treat myself to a really nice case when I bought my new MacBook Air. I spent significantly more than usual but thought it would be nice for a premium case. All in all, this is a beautiful case. The fabric feels durable and looks good. The fit is a bit tight at the corners and I'm not sure if the zippers will hold, but for now they work fine. It's well padded and while I haven't dropped it yet it seems to offer a good level of protection. However, the build quality leaves a lot to be desired. There are creases in the seams all over the place, making it pretty cheap. If I were to buy a $10 case I wouldn't complain, but it's a well-known brand promoted by Apple's $40 case, so I expect it to look like it. To be honest the cheap cases I've bought in the past have better stitching and appear to be of higher quality. I would look elsewhere for a premium case. Revision: This morning I found a package on my porch. This was a replacement for my original case! Aside from this review, I haven't spoken to Native Union or searched for anything, but apparently they read the review and replaced my original. As for the quality of the replacement? That is beautiful! It's exactly what I was hoping for the first time, with nice even stitching and nice tight stitching. In short, it feels like the quality I originally paid for. I will have no hesitation in buying another case from them in the future and I am so happy that my MacBook Air is now sleek and stylish!
