I was a little skeptical when I ordered this but as the Elite strap has been out for a month or more I decided to give it a try trying to give it away. . My only complaint is that the instructions are a bit confusing. If you remove the original oculus strap, attach small parts to the new headgear (not the oculus). You will also need to rotate the handle on the back of the new headband to allow the bands to stretch before connecting the pieces. The final step is to attach the assembled strap to the Oculus. Once I figured all that out, this thing is very comfortable and holds the Oculus in a comfortable position that the original strap could never hold. If you don't care about the built-in battery in the Elite strap, it's a much better value. When fully assembled it fits into a basic Revain PSVR hard shell case, so I don't even need a new case. However, it doesn't fit the official Oculus Quest 2 case. If you're skeptical like me, I recommend trying it out. I'm a big guy and I still feel comfortable.
