It's fantastic! They come in clear capsules that are easy to swallow, unlike the big, bulky, solid vitamins you see in stores! The packaging was in perfect condition. I think it's great that they are also available in glass packaging. experience, it helps prevent my herpes! I haven't had one for about 9 months since I took them! Second, they have helped my skin feel so fresh and young! Although I have noticed that there is some oil on my skin after taking it, no big deal! Just means I need to exfoliate more.
