Constant leakage on handles

I bought two of these and they both have the same unacceptable fault. You are constantly losing water. I sent the first one back thinking it was just a defect. The second was exactly the same, so my conclusion is that it's a design flaw. Right now, as I was working on the picture, I went halfway through the tank and never squeezed the barrel. That's why I have too much water all the time. Wiping with a towel does nothing. The brush just keeps getting wet and filled with water. I have a brush that looks almost identical to the one in the W&N Cotman Travel Palette. It works great and I like it a lot. That's why I bought this. He looks the same; I was hoping it's the same. Unfortunately it isn't. I also have many other water brushes including other styles from Kuretake (full size) and they shouldn't work like that. A constantly leaking brush is next to useless unless you're trying to scrub something hard. It's really disappointing to find a product with a clearly broken product from Kuretake who normally make decent products.
