5 feet 8 inches and 145 pounds after birth. Size Large fits well - and they are long enough! I liked these because of the high and wide waistband. Felt good on my (shrinking) stomach and didn't dig in like some of the thinner belts. Great feel of medium weight cotton. Definitely not too thick, but not too thin either. They can also be machine washed. Others I tried were "soft as butter" but could only be hand washed. I prefer the familiar soft cotton feel and convenience of machine washing. They are good for lounging at home or wearing to workouts. I probably wouldn't wear them as "fashion" leggings when actually going out in a ruched outfit. Very high quality leggings, wish they came in more colors!
