The customer service has been great, they are always quick in responding when I have questions or concerns about my account! They also offer many different options for payment plans which makes it easy not only as an employer but even if you're just paying out-of pocket (which we do). We've had issues where our credit card info would be missing after logging into pluspoints website so sometimes this can make payments difficult at times - especially since there's no way around having them log back onto your site again once its fixed without another login/password resetting process being involved!! But overall pretty happy thus far though still early days yet.. Tracking patient feedback via surveys etc through PLUSPOINT platform very helpful too now instead sending paper questionnaires directly offsite vs waiting until end results come up online & then going over data ourselves manually each month :) Also like how clear cut graphs available showing progress towards targets set.
