The support team is very helpful and knowledgeable. They will help you solve any issue you have. I haven't encountered anything that was not resolved by the team. It's been great working with them over the past 2 years. I would recommend contacting their support team if you are having issues with your website or application. We needed to move our application from AWS to cloud servers in order to reduce costs. Exoscale has helped us make this transition without major downtime. The support is great, they are always willing to help you out. They have been doing this for quite some time now and I don't think it's going anywhere soon. It's easy to set up and there are many different plans to choose from. There isn't much that I dislike about them. I would say that their pricing could be more competitive. We use exoscale as our cloud hosting provider. It works well for us.
