I have been looking for a wetsuit for a long time as I am tall and thin but curvy. This is enough to ensure adequate coverage. My wrists are a bit short but that's not a problem because I wear gloves to cover them. I never feel it rise or cut off my circulation. I can unzip the front when it's hot, unlike others who zip the back. I also wear it with wet pants when it's really cold. It's easy to get out if you pull down from your shoulders and then rotate your arms inside out. I recommend this if you want to feel protected and extend your outdoor adventure season.
