This is by far the worst product I have ever bought. After assembly/configuration, which wasn't easy, I put the bike on and hit the road. I put 5 hours on an 8 hour ride and had to stop 4 times to keep my bike from falling off a crappy rack. I don't have to look at my bike through the rear window because it's about to come off again. Bike rack positions continue to move up and down the pole. The straps don't really hold the bike in place and will allow the bike to slide no matter how tight the straps are. And to top it off, he stripped my new bike of paint. waste of money. I will never shop in Tula again.
