An essential addition to my morning routine

I love that my friends are finally having a chat. This product is what I have been looking for for years. I've incorporated intermittent fasting into my life, but I've had a hard time finding a way to incorporate fasting exercise into it since I'm losing so much energy. THAT made my hungry laps in the pool manageable! I can push myself by staying in a hungry state. Although I've only been taking supplements for a week, I feel confident in my new routine. I look forward to many years with this one on my stack unless something better comes along.
