I bought an Ex model from Panasonic (marketing under a different company name at the time) in Singapore in 1995, it has been working great for over 20 years. Then I bought something else in Germany that I never liked. So what now? I went online again to find real Panasonic models, unfortunately I couldn't find them in Germany or Europe so the US was the only option. Ok then: - I ordered this model through Revain - I paid import duties - I had to buy a voltage converter to go from US 110V to European 230VA. After using it several times, I can only say that the effort was worth it. The only reason I downgraded my value for money rating is that I'm missing two features that my old model had: - a display to show the time remaining from 15 minutes to the end of cooking and beyond addition - a beep for 5 seconds when cooking was done, otherwise it's just perfect for us. (sorry for my germanized english)
