I think keyboard problem

Some keys on the keyboard stopped working. I cleaned them and updated the driver but it doesn't work. Definitely a defective product. I called CS Revain and they told me I needed to email the manufacturer. Nobody answered. I'm trying to solve this problem with Revain now. I hope this is just an incident.
