My daughter wanted a new DVD player for her room as her previous one died after playing countless hours of DVDs. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a good player with all the trimmings. I just need a DVD player that will play DVDs and I want one at a really good price. This player has held up quite well over the past few weeks that my daughter has been using it. She usually plays the film at least 3-4 times a week (although she doesn't necessarily watch it while watching) and hasn't had any problems so far.
