Too big to swallow amino acids

I could not take this tablet because of the size. I even tried cutting it in half but the cut edges scratched my throat. I don't usually have problems with taking pills. I take all of my morning meds in one gulp, but this pill is like nothing I've ever taken. I bought another brand that comes in capsules and I have no problem swallowing it. It would be better if they did it in a capsule.
