They don't charge you for a new device until you use it first - and then they charge you a fair fee. They also have great customer support. I like that I can go to them to get a new phone, and then if I want any other support, I can just go back to them for it. There are no options for them to charge you for new devices, but they do charge you for lost devices. Not having to worry about setting up a network, and only dealing with one provider. I have been working in this field since 2011 when it was first introduced by my employer at that time (now IBM). We had very good success rates getting devices into customers hands quickly after purchase or return from OEM manufacturer!
