I like that it is able to sync with our POS system, allowing us to see what products are in stock at each store location. It also provides an easy way for customers to order from their smartphone or tablet. The customer service can be somewhat slow but we have been working with them directly and they seem very responsive now. We still need to train employees on how to set up reports using this software. As of right now, there isn't much reporting functionality available through Brightstore aside from basic sales analysis. However, once we get more familiar with it we will update these reviews accordingly. This is a great tool if you want to manage all aspects of your online e-commerce business from one dashboard.
