Very satisfied with Point of sale system!

The most impressive is that my store has been upgraded with POS terminal in few minutes, it was very easy when I trained our staffs how we can add this system for us at no charge! Nothing much so far because its still new but i am sure as time goes by more features will be added soonest!! We are using an online platform of point-of sale (POS) software which helps all customers from across Europe pay securely via credit cards or debit card without fear about fraud & security risk while shopping…

Bright Store - Bright Store & New Hire Training

The software is easy enough for my staff of 8 or so people (all new hires) that need training, but also has all necessary features without being too complicated/fancy at first glance! I like how it can be updated very easily as well if something needs changed in terms of functionality etc which really helps with our business model where we are constantly adding things onto products - this keeps us more flexible than any off-the shelf solution could ever hope / afford :) We use bright store…

Great Solution For Ordering & Stock Management

I like that it is able to sync with our POS system, allowing us to see what products are in stock at each store location. It also provides an easy way for customers to order from their smartphone or tablet. The customer service can be somewhat slow but we have been working with them directly and they seem very responsive now. We still need to train employees on how to set up reports using this software. As of right now, there isn't much reporting functionality available through Brightstore…
