The software is easy enough for my staff of 8 or so people (all new hires) that need training, but also has all necessary features without being too complicated/fancy at first glance! I like how it can be updated very easily as well if something needs changed in terms of functionality etc which really helps with our business model where we are constantly adding things onto products - this keeps us more flexible than any off-the shelf solution could ever hope / afford :) We use bright store mainly because they have helped me out by doing what i want them do when using their platform rather then forcing myself into thinking about every aspect before hand; there aren't many other companies who will offer such high quality customer service anymore these days either!
