INK E-SALE made sure I bought it from Revain within the two year warranty period and replaced the cartridge for free with no hassles. When I received the warranty replacement on time, to my surprise, INK E-SALE sent me a completely new set of four as a gesture of goodwill, not just the defective one. Wow, that's rare these days! Conclusion: Buy these ink cartridges with confidence from INK E-SALE at a great price and with a guarantee and great customer service if you ever need it. Hats off INK E-SALE! UPDATE: February 2021 I have been using these cartridges for several years now after switching to much more expensive OEM HP cartridges. They still offer reliably high performance and high page capacities. Ever since my college-age son returned home for another semester of full distance learning due to the COVID pandemic, my HP color printer has been used frequently. Rest assured when you buy these color toner cartridges instead of OEM HP cartridges as you will save almost $200 in the long run. with a replacement of four cartridges, even if you use the coupon codes that HP sometimes makes available on its website.
