Arrived on time. So far my grandson has had no problems. It was much more convenient for him to work on the iPad. They used their fingers and the pages are so small they had a hard time even doing it. It helped him a lot! It's not difficult for him to hold either. If a first grader can use this and successfully complete schoolwork all day, I think everyone can use it! It's pretty amazing if you ask me.
