I bought this device and inserted an SD card with music downloaded. This device did not come with a case and the screen protector was already attached which made me wonder if it was used. Turned on and launched the music app. It took a while to scan the 128GB SD card longer than some of the other devices I have. After that, I tried playing the song through the device's speaker. The song stuttered for the first minute so I switched to another track and it happened again. I figured it might still be scanning, so I left it on for a while. After 15 minutes I tried to play the same title again and this time it worked fine. Switched to another lane, everything is fine. I turned on bluetooth and connected it to my bluetooth speaker (JBL Extreme II) and the track barely played through the speaker. Remember that the speaker is sitting right next to me. The track continued to play, but eventually the Bluetooth turned off. I connected it to my Samsung TV via Bluetooth and while both devices were paired the TV made no sound at all. I checked the settings to see if the firmware can be updated, but couldn't find any settings for it. The manual says to go to the facebook page for support so I went there but there really wasn't anything there. Several people asked questions but received no response. That's when I decided that this device was coming back.
