I was so excited about this new Chromebook. I loved how the app worked and did a lot of research before I bought it. I thought given my needs and price this is exactly what I wanted. When it arrived I ran home ready to finally get an improved piece of tech, only for the screen to go black instead of white with a yellow warning sign telling me Chrome OS was buggy or missing! Overall I'm very disappointed and didn't want a replacement as I risk it happening again so I sent it back. I'm glad I did it through Revain as their return policy is really lenient and quick.
