It was a laptop I had been looking for for a long time, and finally I decided on the HP Chromebook. I'm really pleased, especially thanks to the touch screen, I can get my work done much faster. The touch screen of the HP Chromebook is really very useful. The speed is also quite good, and the Bluetooth connection also works smoothly. I definitely recommend it.

This is the second Chromebook I've bought and both were intended for older retired women to email and surf the web. Both women seem to like Chromebooks and find them easy to use. We bought this laptop for online courses a few months ago and for the price we couldn't have asked for a better computer. We are very impressed with the overall speed and functionality. It has a touchscreen, which we used a lot more than we expected. It looks smooth and sleek and also looks beautiful. We use it for several hours a day and only charge it once every few days. I have had this computer for a month now and am very impressed. It's light, has a great battery, and the Chrome OS works better than expected. So far the speed is great but I'll see if it holds up. I would give it five stars except I've only had it a month so I'm still holding my breath for the problems that sometimes come with cheap computers.

Works well. I've been using Chrome Books for years and really like them. However, note that some programs and applications will not work on this computer. The only downside is that I have used many chargers with this computer. Now I only use my phone charger.

I needed a PC because I was too dependent on my work Mac. I bought it because of the affordability and because I thought the touchscreen was cool. As long as I like it The picture quality meets my expectations, as does the sound. Great buy for the price.

The only thing I don't like is THAT IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS AT ALL. I did NOT know that there is no option in Chrome to use plugins compatible with Windows system. Almost nothing I have can be used on it. (We use a lot of musical instruments and the software and proprietary packages don't work on Chrome). It seems like a decent laptop, but definitely not a great one if you're into Windows.

Great little laptop. I bought one for me and my husband. I mainly use it to find stuff on the internet for printouts etc. The touch screen is great. My husband uses it for bills and other work related tasks. The battery life is excellent. Easy to set up and get started. Very convenient.

I was so excited about this new Chromebook. I loved how the app worked and did a lot of research before I bought it. I thought given my needs and price this is exactly what I wanted. When it arrived I ran home ready to finally get an improved piece of tech, only for the screen to go black instead of white with a yellow warning sign telling me Chrome OS was buggy or missing! Overall I'm very disappointed and didn't want a replacement as I risk it happening again so I sent it back. I'm glad I did
