Works great for hydroponics.
I'm using this pump for a 3-channel hydroponic setup growing strawberries.
It pumps nutrients water up vertically about 3 feet, then about 8 feet horizontally, then splits into the 3 channels where the nutrients flow back down to the tank, feeding the plants along the way.
