I saw this at a wedding and thought it would be fun - it creates cool images that are fun at parties or other events where people can take candid photos. After purchasing this product and the 5x10 photo packs, the device took about two photos and then started showing three flashing red lights. A little googling revealed that this is a common problem with this camera, indicating "dead batteries", although the manual doesn't help much beyond that.
