Review on 🔧 Black ZipperMend by Wendy Rodriguez

this saved my $300 jacket with a busted zipper from being thrown out entirely, hence my big thanks . But there are small flaws if I could give 3.5 stars. Main issues (some functional, some just annoying): 1) Eventually it came loose when I pulled hard. I saw someone who had a solution where they wrapped it in heat shrink tubing to prevent this from happening. I like the idea and might try but it should be an integral part of the product. 2) no "pull", so it's difficult to actually unzip the zipper with gloves on (that is, when you usually open a winter coat) 3) The design sits perpendicular to my broken zipper so it kind of hangs off the side of the zipper. Not a big deal, but it would be nice if you could choose to get a horizontal hook, vertical hook, or rotate somehow.
