Review on TrackStar Skills Tracker by Jaime Miranda

I like that it's simple to use with ease of navigation throughout all levels (employee/manager). It can be difficult at times when trying to find or locate what you're looking for in particular areas such as training needs, performance reviews etc., but this is expected since they are still under development. This would most likely improve if there was an easier way to navigate through everything instead of having to click around from one page to another which takes time especially while using my mobile devices where clicking isn't always easy due to touch screen limitations. The ability to track employee skills over multiple departments within our organization has been very beneficial thus far by being able to see their strengths & weaknesses compared between different jobs so we know who best fits certain roles going forward.
