I liked Paperlike. So many things promised. Unfortunately this will not happen. I have installed many screen protectors, both glass and matte. My current screen protector got scratched and I decided to try the paper. Installation wasn't easy. This is because the screen protector is not cut to fit the slim iPad Pro snugly. So you need to center this protector as best you can without guides. The corners do NOT align. Once you're happy with something, you'll need to use the stickers provided to keep the protection in place. They do not include a rubber or plastic card, so you must provide your own. Once all the bubbles are gone, you can remove the plastic cap. After a failed installation, I was keen to try the screen protector. You let me down immediately. After all the hype, I didn't feel like I was writing on paper. There was an obvious lag when using the Apple Pencil, but nothing like writing on paper. Then I saw it. The Apple Pencil left all the micro-scratches. I could see practically the entire note I had handwritten by the micro-scratches that remained. In no case do these micro-scratches become deeper after constant use and lead to slight cracks. I was very disappointed. Being a matte protector, I understood that the clarity of the display would be compromised. And there is. And it's too much to ignore. If you use iPad for media consumption, stay away from this product. you will not be happy This is a kind of pixelation of the image. Enough to see with the naked eye. Well, probably like me, you have seen ads for this product on many YouTube channels. Everyone who thinks about technology has sponsored this company's video at some point. And that brings me to the position of the companies. If the product was as good as advertised, they wouldn't need Youtube. If this protector was a quality product word of mouth would be all they would need. They believe they don't need discount codes and they say so on their website. So I think all discounts go to YouTube reviewers for positive reviews while the customer has to pay full price. That's way too high for the quality you get. After all, there is no glass here. I think this product deserves one star. In the best case, this should be 9.99. The product suffers from broken promises, poor installation and poor quality. If you see a review on YouTube, stay away from the product. No influencer on Youtube would say anything bad about a company that provides them with free products.
