Garbage! Picture! Stop working after 3 weeks.

The pump worked great the first few times I used it. It rained last night so I needed it today but it didn't fill up. The motor runs but does not pump water. I checked the intake manifold to make sure it is unclogged and clean. Also, the pump did not come with any accompanying literature, so there was no troubleshooting information. My return window expired 10 days ago, so I'm stuck with useless hardware and the full purchase price.
