I also have the LX20M model shown in this photo in white. The price difference between them is small. This LX11C can handle more sheets at once: 16 versus 12 on the LX20M. I like the status bar display on these LX models. From a practical point of view, the biggest difference I notice in day-to-day use is that my LX20M has a clear window on the front, which is very useful for seeing how full the bin is. I don't like waiting until the last minute to empty the bin (when the lights are full) - instead I prefer to empty it when I'm not too busy, sometimes when it's only half full. Through the transparent window, I can see at a glance the number of paper scraps inside. It also looks cool and interesting. If the LX11C had a transparent window, it would be much better. For this reason, I use a white LX20M as my main shredder.
