contains no fasteners

Although it says 'plastic backing' it doesn't have a plastic part that snaps into the motor. this is the part that broke. I had to buy the whole mirror assembly but it's not too expensive on Amazon either. Whatever it is is fine, but I'm not sure anyone would be able to install this just by breaking the glass as a strong adhesive holds the fasteners to the glass. It's the same as the part that the Dodge dealer sells, so there's no other option.
