Review on Temperature Control Electric Gooseneck Capacitive by Jenna Morocho

I love this kettle and it works well for the purpose I bought it for (making espresso with a hand held machine) but it has one major heating and temperature issue. It heats up quickly, but once it reaches the temp I've specified, it always jumps 4-8 degrees above that temp, after which it cools down until it drops 2-4 degrees below temp, and then jumps back up 2-6 in degrees. Degrees hotter etc. etc. I started heating it up, waiting for it to cool down to the desired temperature, then immediately removed it from the heating element and poured it in before he could continue playing table tennis. Not the end of the world, but not as good as I could hope.
