Review on πŸ‘“ SCOJO New York Reading Glasses - Original Gels Readers: Rimless Oval Frames for Enhanced SEO by Rachel Smith

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Better than the average reader.

These glasses are better than regular reading glasses. If, like me, you're obsessed with your eyesight, these might be for you. I've been wearing reading glasses for 4 years. I had previously worn bifocals for 25 years until after cataract surgery my eyes were what they were as a child, except for reading. . But I wanted a better lens - the kind of quality I was used to when I wore prescription lenses - with a tougher lens material and a more distortion-free finish - although distortion isn't very noticeable on less expensive readers. Scojo uses aspherical lenses. Check it out if you don't know what it means. Aspheric lenses have less distortion and are thinner for lighter weight. Almost all prescription glasses are aspherical. Cheaper readers give you something that works at a good price. Scojo gives you something better at a higher price. If you don't see the difference, buy cheaper. My wife compared the Scojos to her cheap e-readers and shrugged, but her eyesight was never great. That's why I bought Scojo Gels Original. I had them for a very short time but I immediately saw a difference in clarity. I'll admit the difference is small, but go back and read the second sentence above. They're also very light - the lenses are noticeably thinner - probably less than half the weight of what they replaced. The frames are more professional than the cheap ones and very light. They look solid enough but judging and their scratch resistance will have to wait. They cost twice what I paid, but I'll pay for a better lens and pen weight. If you know a better reader, please leave a comment. I would like to know
