The item I received is definitely used!

The box wasn't even sealed, the replacement grinder opened up leaving a used tip on the machine. I'm not sure if the element is defective or if it just doesn't have enough power to spin the disc at a higher speed. Very disappointed.

Pros

NO BATTERY - no battery required, no longer worry about low battery, just plug in and set the appropriate speed, you can use it right away!
