Two main features of this phone holder.1. He's incredibly unstable. Admittedly, I have a larger cell phone, but it only wobbles in the holder because the ball joint is simply not designed to be stable. 2. You can't tilt your phone low enough to look at you directly. I usually talk on the phone or just sit in the car and watch videos, I don't drive. The way the phone holder connects to the device prevents you from tilting the phone so that it is facing you. That alone makes this article unusable for me. Installation was incredibly easy, but it's debatable that it's virtually useless.
