Although there are no building instructions included with the kit, I heard it can be found on YouTube, but my brilliant son-in-law made it up himself . We've had it for several months and only one basket is broken - a little scotch and we're back in business. Cons: Only 2 sets of bean bags included - major downside - we have a lot more people wanting to play so I made a few more bean bags - now 10 of us can play at once - and it's a lot more fun. They should contain more wild bags or be able to buy ore for non-channelers. But in general everyone who plays it likes it. I haven't tried taking it apart to put it in a tote bag, but it's a great feature.
