Includes two large plastic protective cases with two orange straps. The protectors were very large and easy to open/close. The protector cannot accidentally open as you have to use some force to open both locks. The product doesn't float, but I tied a string to the tube or wore it around my neck all the time. The purchase is definitely worth it. I also ordered a flotation device to attach to the product in case the strap breaks.
