The quality was well above the small price tag. The product was well packed. The instructions were short, clear and complete. All parts are well labeled in a divided plastic bag including all parts for different applications. Came with almost all installation tools including a small torpedo level. I don't recommend this, but I put about 100 pounds on my arms outstretched, the device is very strong. My rig is in an unusual location, but many tweaks have resulted in a professional-looking rig. The unique design allowed me (wheelchair bound) to assemble the bracket myself and mount a 50" TV. Not only do I recommend buying this product, I recommend buying two. My second TV doesn't need such a sturdy mount, but for the price I'll order another one. Addendum to my last review: My 50" TV is still installed. Strong and true, just double checked as I'm moving TV. I bought a second one for a smaller 32" TV in my workshop. It's much stronger than I need but I needed my daughter to help me hang a real TV, she asked if it was strong enough, she almost hung on an arm and it was strong. I'm only here now because I need a third mount but want to convert the workshop to a ceiling mount to save wall space. I would happily get it from Ematic if they sell it and then reuse it on another/new TV.
