Great except for one flaw

This device is great except for one small but important flaw: it doesn't fit properly in the computer's USB port, so if you touch it with your hand, it disconnected or interrupted the power signal because the computer is the power source. I bought 2 for 2 different computers and both have the same error. Otherwise I had no problems and considering the price I paid I think I got my money's worth.
