Review on Crescent WMS by Richard Sallah

The ability for our sales people in 3 different states (Florida/Georgia)to access their orders via mobile devices was great! It also allowed us to have an easy system of tracking inventory at each store location as well as being able to send out emails with order status updates or even just pictures if needed so we could keep track easily without having someone physically go into every one's office.

We did not like that it took longer than expected before updating information would show up online but I am sure this is because they are still working through bugs which will be fixed soon enough. Not much other then those two things really since everything else has been wonderful!! If you need something simple yet efficient please consider crescent wms. They've helped me tremendously by allowing my teams across multiple locations to quickly update stock levels using tablets instead of paper lists.
